We all know that there are often things around the home that have multiple uses. I’m not necessarily talking about using a butter knife as a screwdriver (although that will work), I’m talking about how things are use for a good purpose. For example, there are many ways you can use hydrogen peroxide. It’s an amazing fluid and it isn’t just for cleaning an area of a cut or scrape. Another surprisingly versatile item in the home is nail polish remover.

You may or may not be aware of the fact that nail polish remover has a chemical known as acetone in it. In fact, if you have access to straight acetone, you can use it on your nails just as easily. Not only can that chemical remove the polish from your nails, it can be used to fix a number of boo-boos around the home, including permanent market and ink.

When you know how to use something for multiple uses, suddenly your world becomes a lot easier. Make full use of your nail polish remover and you will find it is an item you can’t quickly be without.
