Using only glue and water, she made her very own base coat for her nails. She filled a jar up 3/4 of the way to the top with glue and the remaining 1/4 with water. After shaking the bottle, she had the perfect mixture for professional looking nails.
When she applied directly to clean nails, the base coat looks like a very light white color – almost clear. She painted three layers of glitter over the top to show off its true power.
