Batteries are relatively common items that many of us have in our homes. We tend to throw them into a drawer that is typically known as the “junk drawer” and dig them out when we have a need for them. Unfortunately, doing so could lead to a fire and potentially, could cost lives!
Most of us tend to respect electricity but we need to remember that batteries are essentially electricity that is stored in a small area. If they come into contact with the wrong items inside of the drawer, it could lead to a fire. Make sure you store your batteries properly!
