This is What Happens When You Eat Ramen Noodles

When you are low on funds and want something that is both tasty and filling, Ramen noodles fill the void. In fact, they tend to be the go-to meal for many people, including college students and bachelors. Although I used to eat them frequently, now I think twice before I tear open a package.

The problem with Ramen noodles is a food additive named Tertiary-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ). When you see what happens as your body tries to break it down, it is enough to make anyone stop eating it! As they say, “Watch and learn.”
