You Don’t Have To Defrost All of Your Beef at Once

Buying ground beef in bulk is a great way to save money. You need to be cautious, however, because if you freeze it in large batches, you might end up wasting some because you need to defrost all of it. That is, of course, until you know this simple trick for freezing beef so you only need to defrost part of it!

Once you have your meat in the freezer bag, you will roll it out and then divide it, Japanese-style. That way, you only need to break off the piece that you want to defrost and the rest can go right back in the freezer.
