Many of us may start our day with an egg or two, but scientists have recently learned that there are some amazing benefits to eating several per day. This is coming on the heels of old understandings about eating eggs, feeling that they would raise your cholesterol levels and may have detrimental effects on your health. As far as cholesterol is concerned, the body can regulate how much cholesterol it produces to compensate for the cholesterol you are eating.
In a recent study by scientists, it was found that eating 2 or 3 eggs every day would enrich your diet with many different vitamins. Those vitamins included A, D, E and B12. Eggs are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, calcium and other “good stuff” that you would want to get into your diet daily.
