Beware Head Lice Are Spreading And Are Becoming Immune To Treatment

Head Lice are horrible to witness on any child, but the embarrassment of seeing some on your own child is one I am sure most of you would prefer never to encounter. The really scary thing is that Head Lice are evolving and are now becoming immune to the treatment we have used for years.

The treatment which in 2013 had a 100 percent success rate has now alarmingly dropped to about 25 percent. To treat the problem now, many people are having to visit the doctor for prescription medication. As with most things prevention is better than cure so it may be worth taking the time to educate your children against sharing combs and hats. It is important we get this message out to everyone to prevent this turning into an epidemic.
