URGENT Warning From Doctors To Parents: Stop Feeding Your Kids Hot Dogs

There are many different food choices but for some people, there is nothing like a good hotdog. They may eat them at home when they have a barbecue or perhaps they have one in the stands during a ball game. In either case, they are a delicious and convenient food. Of course, we don’t need anyone to tell us that they aren’t exactly the best food choice out there. In fact, doctors are warning parents to stop feeding them to children. Here’s why.

Hot dogs may be dangerous on a number of levels. First of all, they are one of the most common foods that choke children. There is also something that is under the surface that can harm children as well. Hot dogs are made with nitrates, which give them their pink colour. Without nitrates, they would be grey. Unfortunately, those nitrates are harmful and sometimes even deadly to eat.

If you need any more convincing that hot dogs are not the best food choice, the following video will convince you. It shows how they are made, which is both fascinating and a little gross.
