New Parking Ticket Acts Like A Barnacle, Covers The Windscreen And Can’t Be Removed

The last thing that any one of us wants to find on our windscreen is a parking ticket. It can really ruin your day. That is why most of us are careful about how and where we park. After all, if we can avoid getting the ticket in the first place, it really solves all of the issues. Unfortunately, not everyone has the same view and some people are even what you might call a ‘problem parker’

What do you do when you continue to see the same car parked illegally? If you are a cop, you could have them towed or, now, you could just put on this ingenious device known as the barnacle. It covers the windscreen and uses commercial grade suction cups to hold itself in place. Once this device goes on, you aren’t taking it off.

Of course, you do have the option of paying your fine. Once you do, you can get a code to enter into the barnacle and it will release. At that point, you have 24 hours to get to the police station and return it.
